Once you get to taste a cup of charcoal Sumiyaki roasted coffee from Japanese Coffee Co., you will instantly realize the quality of their coffee. It is definitely much more complex, concentrated, and stronger. The taste has more character and depth than the usual coffee you get from typical brands. I also enjoyed their premium matcha, which I reviewed back in 2019.

I used about 3 tablespoons to make a cup of coffee. It has a light subtle aroma. The taste is earthy and slightly fruity. It is great to enjoy by itself without any milk or sugar. I think this will pair well with light-flavored snacks. Learn more about Mt. Batur Arabica coffee

Indonesia - Arabica Typica - Mandheling Berkat Lintong - Single Origin Premium Coffee

  • Country of Origin: Indonesia

This coffee actually tastes much bitter and stronger than the first one in my opinion. I do recommend adding milk for this coffee, which makes it a lot smoother. Pair this with a sweeter snack to counter the strong bitter flavor. Read more about this Lintong Arabica coffee
