Once you get to taste a cup of charcoal Sumiyaki roasted coffee from Japanese Coffee Co., you will instantly realize the quality of their coffee. It is definitely much more complex, concentrated, and stronger. The taste has more character and depth than the usual coffee you get from typical brands. I also enjoyed their premium matcha, which I reviewed back in 2019.
