Final Hours of The Ramen Poster 2.0 Kickstarter Campaign

If you have followed my recent posts, you should also heard of my current Kickstarter campaign, The Ramen Poster 2.0. It is a graphic design project that I created just to spread the love of ramen! Derived from my first ramen poster project, the 2.0 has an extension to 17 more recipes that make up to 42 famous ramen dishes on a single jumbo poster.

The campaign is about to end in its final hours!! Please stop by my Kickstarter page and share it with your dear friends who are also in love with ramen noodles!

There were 4 ramens on the menu tonight, and since I have 2 more people with me, we ordered all 4 to try out all of them at once. Personally, I fell in love with their Shio ramen. The tasty umami from the Rausu kelp and Hongare Katsuobushi Dashi broth really perfected it. Let me tell you more about Mensho Tokyo and their delicious ramen!

SNAKKU BOX JANUARY 2016 REVIEW

SNAKKU BOX JANUARY 2016
For the new year, Snakku introduces a set of snacks made by a popular Japanese snack company called Chidoriya 千鳥屋. The company was established since 1630 at Nagasaki, which was the port-city where western goods were available at the time. Influenced by the baked cakes and sweets from the Portuguese, Chidoriya was one of the first snack stores that sell western snacks made with sugar. (Sugar was rare in Japan at that time)

Tirolian チロリアン Roll Cookies with Coffee flavored cream filling
My favorite is the Tirolian Roll Cookie, which according to Snakku these roll cookies have been using the same recipes and making methods since Chidoriya opened in 1630. Other than the roll cookies, the rest of the Tirolian snacks are also very yummy too! Let's check out each and see how they taste?
